SINGAPORE - Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) charging at three gantries along the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) will be extended by half an hour on weekday mornings.
Currently, ERP car charges of between $1 to $2 only apply from 7.30am to 9am, but from February 2, motorists will have to pay $1 if they pass the gantries from 9am to 9.30am.
The gantries are located after Jurong Town Hall, and on the Clementi Ave 6 and Clementi Ave 2 slip roads towards AYE.
ERP rates for all other gantries will be unchanged, the Land Transport Authority (LTA) said on Tuesday, following its quarterly review of traffic conditions on ERP-priced roads and expressways. The next ERP review will take place in May 2015.
