Children were among the biking enthusiasts who tried out Singapore's first pump track at Chestnut Nature Park yesterday. The track has four sections, called bowls, of varying difficulties. The park is now fully open after the northern section's opening, making it the largest park in Singapore with a total area of 81ha - the size of more than 110 football fields. It is one of five buffer parks for the Central Catchment Nature Reserve and the only one to have separate trails for hiking and biking.
