SINGAPORE - The Straits Times won the best layout/page design at the Singapore Press Holdings' (SPH) annual awards ceremony for its English, Malay and Tamil Media Group on Wednesday (March 22).

Executive sub-editor Fraemone Wee, 40, won for her design of the National Day special "50 parades. In photos" which was published on Aug 9 last year.
