Social centre for youths and young offenders opens at Bukit Batok

SINGAPORE - A new centre for youths at risk and young offenders was opened on Saturday by the youth wing of social welfare group Reach Community Services Society.

The Reach Youth Powerhouse will provide programmes and services include counselling and groupwork sessions, along with sports activities, cooking and music lessons.

The centre at Bukit Batok West was officially opened by Senior Minister of State for Health and Manpower Dr Amy Khor at a superhero-themed carnival.
