Shelter dogs Alibi (far left) and Timon made a couple's walk down the aisle extra special in the first wedding ceremony held at the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals' compound at Sungei Tengah yesterday.

Ms Janz Chan and Mr Jeffrey Ng, who are both regular volunteers at the shelter, met while working at a pet shop eight years ago.

They have developed a close bond with the shelter dogs and yesterday made them part of their nuptials, which was attended by 60 people.
