Traditional Karagattam dancers brought a splash of colour to Campbell Lane in Little India yesterday.
Their performance was part of the Indian Cultural Fiesta which started on Monday and runs until the end of the month.
It involves 14 ethnic groups showcasing their traditions through performances and activities such as henna painting and garland-making.
The annual event - organised by the Little India Shopkeepers and Heritage Association and formerly known as the Indian New Year celebration - started in 2010 as a means to commemorate a visit by founding Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew.
