SINGAPORE - Police are looking for a man believed to be in his late 20s to assist with investigations into a case of dishonest misappropriation of handphone at Bugis Junction on Aug 29.
The man was last seen wearing a purple polo t-shirt, dark coloured jeans and sports shoes. He was also carrying a black sling bag with an orange strap.
