52-year-old motorcyclist dies from injuries after collision with lorry at Jalan Buroh

SINGAPORE - A collision with a lorry at the junction of Jalan Buroh and Jurong Port Road on Monday (Nov 21) evening has claimed the life of a motorcylist.

The 52-year-old man had been conveyed conscious to National University Hospital - which was put on standby to receive him - after the accident.

But a police spokesman told The Straits Times on Tuesday morning that he later succumbed to his injuries in hospital.

A photo put up by community news site All Singapore Stuff showed what appeared to be the motorcycle lodged beneath the lorry's rear wheels.

A police car, along with at least three police officers, was also seen at the scene.

Police investigations are ongoing.
