SINGAPORE - A 40-year-old man, believed to have been involved in the theft of a lorry, was arrested on Wednesday (June 28).
Police said in a statement on Thursday that the victim, a 34-year-old woman, alerted the police that her company lorry had been stolen from Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre on June 21.
The suspect was arrested along Pasir Panjang Road, with the aid of extensive ground inquiries.
If convicted of theft of motor vehicle, the suspect will face up to seven years of imprisonment, and will be liable to a fine.
