Driver injured after cement truck topples over in Sengkang

SINGAPORE - A cement truck operator suffered minor injuries when his truck toppled over at a construction site at Anchorvale Crescent in Sengkang on Saturday afternoon.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said it received a call at 2.55pm.

The truck operator, a 58-year-old Chinese male, suffered abrasions to his left shoulder and near his left eye. He also complained of pain on his neck and back.

An ambulance was dispatched and he was sent to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
