Interim injunction issued in case involving man whose former friend sued him for return of monies transferred

The High Court has ordered a temporary freeze on $1 million of assets belonging to a businessman whose former close friend had sued him for the return of monies transferred to him.

But the friend, Mr Sia Chin Sun, died some eight months after the suit was filed in July 2015.
