SINGAPORE - The gross merchandise value in Singapore's e-commerce sector is projected to increase by 45 per cent from $6.7 billion last year to $9.7 billion this year, according to an Internet economy research report by Temasek, Google and Bain & Company.

Product categories featured in the study include consumer electronics, home and living, and beauty and personal care.
