Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong yesterday went up on stage to join participants in the Teck Ghee Fund-raising Concert after their performance.

Organised by the constituency's grassroots organisations, the concert at the Esplanade raised more than $300,000 for low-income beneficiaries.

Represented by home-grown talents from the Teck Ghee ward in Ang Mo Kio GRC, the concert featured a diverse array of musicians and dancers, including performing arts groups from neighbouring schools, a senior citizens' choir from the Teck Ghee Wellness Programme and other community talents from various interest groups.

Mr Lee, an MP for Ang Mo Kio GRC, was the guest of honour at the event.
