The Public Service Division announced year-end bonus numbers yesterday.
Given the slowing economy, civil servants will get a 0.65-month bonus. About 1,300 who are paid lower wages will benefit from a minimum payout of $1,100. With the mid-year bonus of 0.5 month and the usual 13th month bonus to be paid out next month, civil servants will get a total of 2.15 months in bonuses this year.
