The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) will be conducting a ground deployment exercise at the Ang Mo Kio Hub on July 4.

The exercise involving about 150 personnel and 20 vehicles will begin at 2am and end at about 4am.

All SCDF vehicles participating in the exercise will have their beacon lights switched on to alert motorists. Exercise signage will also be placed at prominent locations to alert the public to this drill.

The public is advised not to be alarmed, said SCDF in a statement on Tuesday.
