SINGAPORE-The stretch of Circular Road between Lorong Telok and North Canal Road will be closed this weekend for the St Patrick's Day Street Festival, said the police on Wednesday.

It will be inaccesible to drivers from 6pm on Friday (March 18) to 11.59 pm on Sunday (March 20).

Police said parking restrictions along peripheral roads will be strictly enforced, and vehicles obstructing the road will be towed.

During the closure, access into the road will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles.

The festival, organised by Singapore River One, will include food stalls and music and dance performances.
