One of the outfits from Chinese designer Guo Pei's show, which opened the five-day Singapore Fashion Week at the National Gallery Singapore last night. The embroidered vest features details of peacock feathers. The line-up of 22 shows at this year's event features 20 Asian designers, the first time such a large number has been selected. This year's event also has 13 home-grown designers, its highest number yet.
