SINGAPORE - Two lucky punters turned instant millionaires after they struck the top prize in Monday (June 6) evening's Toto draw.

The jackpot of $7,887,444 was shared between the two, who each netted $3,943,722.

According to information posted on the Singapore Pools website, the first winning ticket was a single System 7 entry purchased at the Singapore Pools outlet at Suntec City.

The other, a single Ordinary entry, came from Premier Security Cooperative Society Ltd at Block 574, Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10.

The winning numbers were 2, 7, 12, 19, 29 and 36, while the additional number was 20.

Twelve people won the Group 2 prize of $59,149 each.

The last time such a sizeable prize pot was split between two winners was the Toto Hongbao Draw on Feb 19, which boasted a record $13.9 million jackpot.

Last month, a punter walked away with more than $8 million after emerging as the sole winner of the May 16 Toto draw.

The largest amount won by a single person remains the $9.5 million prize in the Feb 11 draw.

The next Toto draw, which takes place on Thursday (June 9), will have an estimated jackpot of $1 million.
