SINGAPORE - Some 183 Home Team officers were on Saturday awarded with scholarships to further their studies.

In addition to 165 undergraduate scholarships, The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) also presented 18 post-graduate scholarships at the ceremony.

"Our various sponsorships... reflect MHA's commitment to invest in and recognise our officers, to support and facilitate their efforts to acquire knowledge and upgrade themselves throughout their careers," said Mr S Iswaran, Minister of the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister for Home Affairs and Trade and Industry.

Since 2010, MHA has awarded scholarships to more than 500 Home Team officers.
