The station is very crowded with commuters rushing to leave via both exits, of which the right side is most crowded. The right side towards Cecil Street and Robinson Road has three escalators and one stairway.

Currently, two escalators move up to the exit and the other, down. This creates congestion at the two escalators while the other is almost empty. Please set all escalators to move up during morning peak hours.
