We apologise to Mr Toh for the wrongly-issued offence notice and the inconvenience caused to him.

Currently, parking information is updated to our electronic handheld terminal (EHT) system based on scheduled timings. The parking notice was issued to Mr Toh because the information had not been updated into the EHT.

To improve our parking operations, we plan to equip our system with real-time updating of parking information.

In the interim, we agree with Mr Toh that the motorist could be asked to display the paper receipt.
