Are there laws in place to compel such intruders and the plane owners to pay compensation, failing which their assets - the plane and all valuables therein - would be impounded and sold to pay the compensation (except, of course, when it is due to extenuating circumstances like bad weather)? If not, shouldn't such laws be introduced? This is unlikely to be the last occurrence.
