We have since investigated and removed the programme that caused concern.

The video screen plays programmes from a variety of sources. As part of the service agreement, suppliers must obtain clearance before the content can be screened.

In this case, there was a short scene which contained some elements that may seem more disturbing to the public than originally perceived.

In future programmes, we will take additional steps to advise all advertisers if we find any content unsuitable for screening.
