Mother's Day wouldn't exist without the children
| MOTHER'S Day? There would be no Mother's Day if there were no children. Children were never asked to be brought into the world - they came into this world either planned, by accident or through adoption.
From the moment of birth, the mother was a slave, but a very willing slave to the child. Whatever she did for her children, she did it out of love - a very special love called 'Mother's love'. Mothers are meant to be there for the children from the moment they are born till they leave this world. Every movement, every action, in fact every thing the child does, the mother looks on with awe and thinks only her child is capable of doing whatever the child has done. However, there are several times in a mother's life when she is mad at her children and wonders 'why they were ever born' - but guess what? Every child has moments when they wonder why they have the parents they have and not the parents of their friends 'who seem to be so nice and understanding' - unlike their own parents. So the pendulum swings both ways. Mothers never stop worrying about their children even when they are grown up, married, have children and grandchildren of their own. A child will always be a child in the eyes and heart of the mother. We all stop to celebrate Mother's Day - but why not 'Our Children's Day' - they are the ones who bring us all the joy in this world - and they are the ones who make us Mothers.
