New magazine had missing pages
I WAS in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday and visited the Borders bookstore at Berjaya Times Square where I bought a watch magazine. Upon returning to Singapore, I realised that the magazine has several missing pages.

It does not justify a trip to Borders in Kuala Lumpur just to exchange this magazine. Thinking that Borders is a renowned international brand with a regional exchange policy, I tried my luck at Borders in Wheelock Place. To my surprise, the response was that Borders in Kuala Lumpur belongs to a separate franchise and they could not help. Would Borders management care to comment?
