We would like to share that train services are planned based on travel demand. During morning and evening peak hours, the average train load on the Changi Airport-Expo route is fewer than 500 passengers, which is much below the recommended guideline of 1,700 passengers.

We will continue to monitor passenger loads on this stretch and adjust frequencies where appropriate.
