Unable to contact POSB about faulty ATM

| POSB automated teller machine (ATM) kiosk ID 8041 ran out of cash last Thursday.
A call to hotline number 1800-339-6666, connected to an answering machine, started a wild-goose chase with the many options available except the choice to report a faulty ATM. This is unlike DBS machines which have a phone attached to contact the customer service directly. Further, the ATM did not give information on the location of a nearest machine. Chin Kee Thou | |
