Billing problem settled

| I REFER to Wednesday's online letter, 'Resolve bill issue, please' by Ms Francine Chen. We have contacted Ms Chen and apologised for the inconvenience caused. Due to a lapse in service, we regret that the outstanding amount on Ms Chen's bill was not transferred promptly.
