Resolve bill issue please

| MY SINGTEL bills for the past two months showed outstanding amounts which I was not responsible for. I called the SingTel call centre and was assured by the officers there that I was not liable for the charges.
When this was not rectified, I sent messages by e-mail and made calls to the call centre staff at least five times and each time, I was told that a senior officer would call me back to attend to my predicament. But no one did. A duty manager finally called to assure me that the matter would be resolved. However, I have just received a reminder letter to pay the outstanding amounts.
