'B' for belittled
| MY DAUGHTER scored a B for her O level Chinese Paper last month. The Chinese teacher chided the few students in her class who got a B for pulling down the school standard.
For someone who needs Chinese tuition, isn't a B for the subject already quite good? Why need the school ask for more? We understand that the school and teachers are under pressure to perform, but can we not pass on this pressure on the students? Ong Lay Leng (Ms) | |
