Rude encounter at Giant hypermarket
I HAD a rude encounter with a Giant hypermarket worker at IMM last week. The worker, who did not have a name tag, was unloading boxes of mango onto the rack tray. There were about 20 boxes in his trolley. I asked if I could buy a box of mangoes and he rudely replied 'no'.

As he unloaded each box of mango onto the tray, he shouted at the other customers who were choosing the mangoes to move aside. After unloading the third box, he raised his voice at the customers and told them not to take the mangoes. When one replied that customers were only browsing, he took a box and threw the mangoes onto the rack tray, scattering the mangoes to the floor. Many of the mangoes were damaged as they were ripe and soft. Is this how the supermarket treats its customers?
