PSP Slim purchase came with 'compulsory accessories'
I WISH to relate an experience while patronising a store in popular Sim Lim Square. I bought a Playstation Portable (PSP) Slim by Sony from the salesman. He wrote out a statement of invoice upon receipt of payment on which I signed, stating clearly my purchase details.

However, he did not give me my Sony product after I paid him, but insisted that I had to buy other 'compulsory accessories' that were supposed to be tagged along with the main purchase. He said he assumed that I knew this condition without him having to spell it out. He refused to allow me to take only the PSP Playstation without buying the accessories. I requested a refund which he refused at first and relented only after I stood my ground in the store.
