Third parties do not have access to customers' personal particulars: M1
I REFER to yesterday's online letter, 'Irritating chatline SMSes invading privacy', by Mr Abdul Shukor Hadi.

M1 customers can be assured that third parties do not have access to their personal particulars. As a service provider, we have a regulatory obligation to ensure confidentiality of customer data.

To protect their privacy, we would generally advise our customers to be very careful and selective about whom they disclose their mobile numbers to.
