New mobile phone with unending problems
| I BOUGHT a Sony Ericsson mobile phone from an M1 shop a few weeks back. However, the phone started to show defects within the next few days.
I immediately e-mailed Sony Ericsson to inform them of my problem. But, over the next few weeks, the service centres merely viewed it as a small problem and repeatedly dismissed it. The same problem occurred a couple more times and, each time, I had to bring the phone down personally to the service centre to get it fixed. Sony Ericsson was also slow in their replies. And soon, even the replies stopped. A few days ago, when I brought the matter up to the service centre people, I was told that my some of my previous repair records were not keyed into the system.
