We would like to confirm that StarHub has not yet released any customer information to Odex. Given the High Court's decision on Odex's appeal last week, we are currently reviewing our rights with regard to Odex's request for information from us.

We would also like to note that StarHub had resisted Odex's application before a different judge, as we take a serious view of our obligation to safeguard our customers' confidentiality. However, the Court had assessed the merits of Odex's application and had made a ruling that Odex is entitled to the discovery of the information.
