McDonald's apologises for spoilt birthday party
WE WOULD like to thank Mr K.T. Saravanan for his feedback, 'The day McDonald's spoilt a birthday party', and apologise for any inconvenience he or his family may have encountered with their order of a takeaway party pack (Online forum, Jan 30).

At McDonald's, we aim to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our customers, every visit, every time.

Our Restaurant Manager has since been in contact with Mr Saravanan to convey our apologies and, as a gesture of goodwill, we have also offered him a full refund on the cost of the party.

Allow me to take this opportunity to thank Mr Saravanan once again for his kind understanding and we look forward to serving him again soon at our restaurants.

Linda Ming (Ms)
