Singapore Flyer ticket prices far too expensive for retirees, children
THE Singapore Flyer is most impressive and definitely an additional tourist attraction for Singapore.

However, has the organiser/management considered the pricing for children at $20.65 and senior citizens at $23.60 far too expensive?

I am a grandfather and it would be really nice for me to take my two granddaughters come March for a ride. The amount I have to pay in total will be $64.90. It is too much for a retiree.

Is it not possible for the management to reconsider the pricing for these two classes of people? I suggest $10 for senior citizens (Singaporean) and $12 for children below 12 years of age.

Many years ago, I had the opportunity to visit Mount Buller in Melbourne for a skiing trip and, to my amazement and delight, the senior citizen charge for the chair-lift up the mountain was only A$8. If I am not mistaken, the adult fare was about five to six times more.

It is really nice that Western countries like Australia, the US and New Zealand and many others can give so much concession to their senior citizens. Grateful if someone can do something about this.
