Shop staff should have briefed customer about Nokia's exchange policy

| I REFER to Mr Chong Hong Jie's letter, 'Nokia phone faulty on the day of purchase' (Online forum, Jan 23).
We would like to apologise to Mr Chong that the shop's staff serving him did not inform him about Nokia's exchange policy. We have since contacted Nokia which is liaising with Mr Chong to resolve the issue . We thank Mr Chong for his feedback and look forward to his continued support of StarHub.
