I am also shocked that anyone could walk into any of the company's outlets, quote my name and use my package without any clarification from the management or me.

A friend of mine managed to use my package by just dropping my name and NRIC number. The management did not clarify any information with me.

Worse still, this person also managed to find out when my previous visits were and whom I went with.

This is extremely disturbing.

I have since written to Wan Yang but I have not heard from them since.
