Address change must be specified on all M1 accounts

| I REFER to Lim Lay Choo's letter, 'Loyal M1 customer may terminate plan due to poor service' (Online forum, Jan 16).
We thank Ms Lim for her feedback and wish to assure her that we value our customers and strive to provide great customer service at all times. We have since contacted her to address the issues that she has highlighted. We have also explained to Ms Lim that our customers who hold multiple M1 accounts have the choice of assigning different billing addresses to each of their accounts. Our system is designed to accommodate this requirement. When she updated her billing address on the M1 website, the change was therefore effected only for the account that she specified. For their convenience, customers who wish to update their billing address or other personal particulars across all their M1 accounts can contact our 24-hour hotline 1627 for assistance.
