Stray dogs thrown out of moving car
| ON NOV 5, at about 9.55am, I was waiting for my taxi at Heartland Mall in Kovan in Upper Serangoon Road when I saw three stray dogs thrown out of a moving car.
One of them was hit in the pelvis by an oncoming vehicle but managed to limp away. It was apparent that the driver did not even make an attempt to slow down before pushing the dogs out of the vehicle. If the driver had, I would have been able to take down the car plate number. Unfortunately, it all happened too fast. I hope that all three dogs are safe and I hope someone had noted down the car plate number of the culprits and hand it over to the authorities.
