| With the nation's 43rd birthday approaching on Aug 9, members of Ang Mo Kio GRC have put up 29 flags in the shape of a huge number 43 at Block 424, Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3.
For hours, 10 residents' committee members painstakingly strung these flags together. They were then unfurled down the block a few days ago. This is the first time that the GRC has arranged the flags to form a number. | |
