Natural Fuel's S'pore plant suffers worker death
|
|
| CONSTRUCTION of
Australia-listed Natural Fuel's biodiesel plant in
Singapore, set to be the world's largest, was interrupted on
Wednesday due to an accident that killed an Indian worker.
The accident on Wednesday involved the collapse of a metal scaffold and a newly constructed tank at the 600,000 tonnes per year plant, said a civil defense spokesman. The man worked for Singapore-listed Rotary Engineering, which is involved in several other energy projects including construction of part of the $3 billion Shell Eastern Petrochemicals Complex. -- REUTERS | |
