| KUALA LUMPUR - A WOMAN Blogger, who claimed she is the fiancee of the young man at the centre of the sex-assault scandal that has rocked Malaysia, has vowed to stand by her man.
Ms Janna Syariza Mohd Zaki made two postings on Monday, saying she anticipates a 'monstrous' battle ahead. 'Many are just waiting to squeeze out information and juicy gossip, not caring about the effect it is having on (the) parties involved,' she wrote. 'I will stand by his side through all this and insyallah (god willing), we will get through it together and be stronger.' Writing on the blog entitled A Step In My Pink Mary Janes, she described herself as 5-1/2 feet (1.7m) tall and said she changes her hair colour 'every two months or so'. She was angry that her engagement picture had been published by blogs since the scandal broke. 'What was supposed to be one of our own privately cherished memories is now being used as a tool to further fuel speculation by irresponsible parties,' she wrote. 'I am well aware of the monstrous battle that is looming...no matter how long it takes, justice will prevail.' Her latest posting, made at 6.50pm on Monday, attracted almost 100 comments, most of which were messages of encouragement and offers of hope and prayers. It appeared that she started blogging only on June 16. In the few posts in which she mentioned her fiance, she painted a picture of a man who dotes on her. She described how he came back from a trip with a phone for her as well as a 'huge bag' of nougat, and wrote: 'I love him a million times more for it!' In a post dated June 26 - the day the assault allegedly occurred - she wrote about how she was walking around for three hours trying to find her fiance 'something special' for his birthday.
