Wanted: Leads on missing girl
A poster with a photograph and information on missing five-year-old Sharlinie Mohamad Nashar in a lift in Kuala Lumpur.

The Malaysian girl, who was kidnapped near her home last

Wednesday, has not been found despite a nationwide hunt that included the distribution of thousands of posters.

Police have arrested two people for giving false information in connection with the case. A 16-year-old youth in Perak was arrested yesterday for giving misleading information to Sharlinie's father. On Monday, a 27-year-old Indonesian woman was arrested in Johor for allegedly spreading false information over the girl's disappearance via text messages.
