Every time I reached home to find the bottle caps cracked/broken, even though the seal on the cap is intact.

I do not have the luxury of inspecting the product before making my purchase because the box is sealed. It is such a hassle to bring the bottle back for replacement. Anyway, the replacement bottle still has a cracked/broken cap.

This defect probably happened at the bottling process where the caps are tightened too much. If the quality of the plastic caps is not strong enough, then they should be improved.

I cannot help but wonder if any quality control is carried out on each batch before they are distributed. I hope the company (Boots) and local distributor will look into this and rectify the defect quickly.
