Queen Elizabeth plans to host one party for her son, Prince Charles, at Buckingham Palace. A second, private, party is expected to be held at Prince Charles' estate, Highgrove, in Gloucestershire.

The Prince, the heir to the British throne, was born at Buckingham Palace on Nov 14, 1948. The parties are expected to take place right around his birthday.
