THE National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School has appointed a new management advisory board headed by Temasek Holdings chairman S. Dhanabalan. Former Singapore Exchange chief executive officer Hsieh Fu Hua is the deputy chairman. The previous board was headed by Mr Hsuan Owyang, the former deputy chairman of property development company CapitaLand. Over a two-year term starting on Wednesday, the board will provide strategic advice to the dean of the school, Professor Bernard Yeung. Prof Yeung said the new board will steer the school towards becoming a forum for industry leaders, academics, alumni and students to come together for stimulating exchanges and through that, to lead in providing new perspectives on doing business in Asia. He added: 'We are privileged to have gathered such an eminent team to guide and support us in building Asia's global business school that is characterised by intellectual intensity and curiosity, integrity and a drive for excellence.' | |
