Thief preys on kite-fliers

| A 20-YEAR-OLD woman was flying kites with her friends at West Coast Park on Monday morning when she saw a man loitering near the bags her friends had left under a tree.
The fair-skinned man left the open field when she walked towards him. After a quick check, she realised her bag was missing from the pile. The theft took place at 11.30am. Witnesses to either incidents should call the police at 1800-255-0000. | |
