S'poreans brave queues for...

WITH Friday's Toto jackpot hitting the 5 million-dollar mark, some Singaporeans are willing to put up with long queues just for a shot at becoming an overnight millionaire.

And the recession has not deterred Singaporeans from forking out money for a chance to strike it rich.

A RazorTV check at one 7-Eleven outlet at Chong Pang Yishun on Thursday afternoon saw over 20 pundits queueing up for Toto tickets.

The place is widely believed to be one of Singapore's luckiest lottery outlets, with more than 25 people have struck the lottery purchasing tickets there.

The draw will take place at 9pm on Friday.
